Money order in PAkistan

I want to ask Pakistani dp fellowers if they are aware of money order within country or even within city.. How much time does it take if we send money order within city and what are the charges for that? One thing more i want to ask is that if the receiver of money is not at home at the time of receiving, can his/her family member receive the money?
