Or not. Many of my proxy websites have 10-15 outgoing links and they still reach PR3 and above. You don't have to though and it means more visitors for everyone else. You should of course pick and choose the best ones from the list.

80% of the proxy list sites do need a link back. A proxy site does not need pr thought a proxy list site is something else..

 

Make it a sport to pay attention to what top lists that are sending you traffic. This way you will have a good list of top lists YOU KNOW sends you traffic, and for the next proxy you're promoting you can avoid wasting time on worthless top lists.

Also, if you do some effort to promoting a proxy website, you should have double +++ the backlinks as outgoing links.

A good idea for the next submitters is like tentwenty says. Tell us if a backlink is required, and maybe what PR the top list is also?

Aye aye, another copycat. Seeing as you took the extra effort to try and reword the content you took from my site do you not think you could have gone the extra extra effort and written your own!
