What do you think about these energy drinks with taurine and caffeine!?

Lot's of people consider them unhealthy but i couldn't find any proof that they are rally unhealthy for the organism ,especially about coffee.

Don't you known , does coffee attack brain, etc?! i known that you are smarter if you drink one coup of coffee but for the long run does it destroy your brain cells, etc?!

You are not smarter by drinking any of these drinks, but rather they serve as 'stimulants' (boosters) that enhance your concentration for a relatively short period. Keep in mind, a couple of hours later, you will definitely go into an exhausted and tiresome state after consuming a can of Red Bull. As long as you do it within a reasonable limit, there shouldn't be any long-term health risks, as I myself have an occasional energy drink to get me going. On the other hand, I have heard of 'supposed' deaths triggered by a combination of energy drinks (particularly Red Bull) and extensive physical exertion. Such energy drinks do boost your heart rate, so playing a sport with all your might after having drank several cans could tire your heart a tad bit too much.

I prefer IRN-BRU (diet of course). Of course it doesn't have the recent press hype of modofinil, but it still will perk you up a bit. As SEO Girl said 'moderation', amen.

I've drunk red bull once, and it tasted like V mixed with red chordial, not really big on energy drinks.

The British Coffee Association says its research shows drinking three cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of fatal liver disease by up to 40 percent.

Scientists have discovered that coffee protects against liver cirrhosis, a life-threatening illness usually caused by drinking too much alcohol.

Research also shows that drinking three cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease by as much as 60%.

The Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon, Portugal found that healthy elderly people, with no signs of the brain disease, had consumed an average of three to four cups of coffee a day since the age of 25.

caffeine is healthy as long as it's in small doses...coffee, green tea and chocolate are the best options, because they don't have those extra dangerous substances like Coca Cola and the other similar sodas.
For example, my favorite drink is Nestea Green Tea, because it makes me feel so good...it's awesome;)
and it's very true that caffeine helps brain, liver and heart to function better :)
