    first of all, japanese google isnt any different from other countries google.
    so thats why you should work on your regular likbulding techniques. only specified for japanese site links

    It's the same like in Google com or Google co.uk.
    There are no differences between Japanese or UK Google, just pay more attention on exchanging links with Japanese sites and submitting at Japanese directories and so on.

    Host ur website on a server located in japan, get a .jp domain and get backlinks from as many japanese sites as possible.. Thats all.
