Articles re-writer needed

I need a good writer to rewrite 40 articles (400-500 words each). Followings are the criteria:

* Rewritten article MUST pass the copyscape test.

* All the sentences should be rephrased. Mere spinning of contents or replacement of words are not acceptable.

* Rewritten articles should still have 400 - 500 words each.

* The articles must be well re-written, in excellent English with no spelling or grammatical mistakes.

* A set of standard SEO rule will be given for you to follow. (eg: keyword in first para, last para etc)

* I will get the full copyright for all the articles you rewrite.

* I reserve the right to ask for re-write if the articles are not written according to my instruction.
If the work is well done, more similar jobs will be awarded in the future.
