    I think adsense don't allow to place ads on popu up sites. If the ads are not contextual, you should be fine.

    I didn't mentioned any popup ads, nor contextuals - just CPM banners among adsense :)

    i heard you can even put contextual ads by other ad companies along with adsense text ads - like bidversiter with adsense, not 100% on this though, but i've seen old blogs do this.
