Affiliate Programs for a Gaming Site

Discussion in 'Affiliate Programs' started by BenGregg, Jan 4, 2009.

Well, I have been using Google Adsense at my site GamerGlitch.com. However, Adsense is now only paying me an average of $0.07 a click which is why I decided to look into something different. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good Affiliate Program for a Video Gaming Site and if anyone here has success with it.

I'm sure there is a lot of gamer related affiliate programs which you can tap into. I can't specify in particular, but type in "video game + affiliates" into google and see what comes up. I'm sure you will find some good ones.

GameStop is through Linkshare, or you might try your hand at an AOM (Associate-O-Matic) Amazon store, or BANS (Build A Niche Store) Ebay store.
I agree, adsense pays crap on game ads.

Do you think any PPC's would pay better. I know Google usually pays best, but I was just wondering.

I'd try gamefly there are also several zip-submit/email/surveys available with gift cards and such you could try promoting. I know neverblue has several of them, check out the link on my personal blog "affiliate networks list" to apply with them :p

Haha, I know Adsense is Google. Anyways, your saying I get rid of Google and replace it with Hentai Ads? What would be a good Hentai PPC or Affiliate Program.

Well, off the top of my head. I can think of some stuff you could promote, on clickbank try xbox 360 fix guides or one of the (PSP, Wii, Games) Downloads Sites. If your more into pay-per-lead type offers I know Neverblue has a instant action offer that pays $0.75 per lead, which doesn't sound alot but the game is free to play.

No. Games and Music pay crap. Everyone is giving you alternatives. you are going to have to decide foryourself which one will work better for you.

You seem to be looking for someone to say, "Choose this one, you will make a ton of money."

If it were that easy, everyone on this forum would be millionaires.
