Do I have what I need to sell a domain?

Hello guys, this is a real novice question.

I'm planning on selling a domain, I have the Authorization code, and I have unlocked the domain.

Is there anything else I need to sell the domain?

also, after I have received the payment, do I just give the Auth Code over to the buyer.

The fastest is to get the buyer to have the same registrar.

e.g. if your registrar is godaddy, and the buyer has a godaddy account, then you need his:

Customer No.
Username
Email

You then need to push the domain to him, and he can simply log in to accept.

 

Problem is my domain is with ResellOne.net, which isn't very well known.

 

For different registrars, the buyer needs to 'pull' the domain. i.e. log in to his registrar, enter the domain name and authorization code.

Then you'll receive an email asking you to confirm. Once you confirm, the transfer will proceed.

Depending on the registrars, there may be transfer costs involved (buyer pays when he initiates the transfer).
