My wife's last name is music. Can I sue music.com for the name rights? :D
She had that last name much longer than they had the site registered.

There are many cultures that the women keep there last name also, my wife isn't from the US and has 2 last names, mine and her fathers, no hyhen though so henny would know she isn't lesbian feminist. Although I am sure he would get a kick out of the spanish/german combo.

In the business world I see women keeping thier last name as the name recognition is already. Would be like a company changing it's name and loosing the branding.
