    rldowling03 if you feel the OP is participating in illegal practices I suggest you report the OP's thread (as you've done). Simply having a keygen on a server does not indicate that at the present time the script in question is nulled.
    What is fact in this situation is that the keygen was on the server as I saw it myself, this does not however give you a troll pass however good your intentions may be.
    That's my 2 pence anyway... lol

    Got a reply from the buyer. He seems honest - if the forum is sold then he will purchase a full license for vBulletin and the other scripts - he just doesn't have the money for the licenses until it is sold.

    So, it seems actually ok.

    This user is using a pirated version of vBulletin AND vBSEO.

    This user also has no legit posts on his forum thus making the value of the site $0, and the domain registration fee, if that, determined by the buyer.

    Being that this user is using pirated software, I would beware all potential and interested buyers against making a purchase from this user.
