When someone posts a bulletin on myspace, it is sent out to every person on that persons friend list, so if someone has 20,000 friends, it will be posted to all 20,000 friends to view. Now of course not everybody will see the bulletin post of those 20,000 thats why I offer to post 3 times to get as many friends as possible to take notice of the bulletin. Also keep in mind the targetted audience when promoting through bulletins, most of myspace users are between the ages of 15-26 so if you're offering hair loss products, dont count on a good turnout.
