I actually really like the look of the site. You could add keywords and a description to the meta tags in the code. Nice Job.
I never even thought of that river, where it is just a phpbb and a theme applied it never occured to me to edit the meta tags. Thanks for the suggestion and kind words!

Thanks Jeehan, that is the plan for now. I had a similar forum on this domain over a year ago and only ran it for about 2 months and through word of mouth got 80 some members and over 1200 posts before I shut it down. But this time I think I will work on getting about 500 posts before doing any advertising. Anyways, thanks alot for your opinion!
There is nothing to say much about your website its realy cool - clean looking theme.. But light green its not my color.. have you tried another overstate color and tittle color other then light green.. its look little bit colorless to me..
Thanks El Emin, I am kind fo limite don the themes I can sue as I have trouble creating my own logos... so any that require a logo are eliminated for me rightoff the bat. I am still looking at different themes for the phpbb but this seems to be the best one yet.
The site looks a little generic because I've seen this theme on quite a few sites, to make the site better you should customize the theme by changing up the color scheme a bit and adding a professional logo, or getting a more professional template.
Are you between themes at the moment? Just wondering, because on my end - it's not the green theme the above users were discussing. As of now it's the standard theme that comes on phpBB3.
@smartyboydesigns - Yes I was fooling around with a few different themes. I settled on the current blue one I have, but hope to be able to get a logo created soon so I can use one of the more unique ones and.. eventually get a custom theme done. I do not like the theme.. It looks and feels dated.. There are plenty of good free themes out ther.e get one and then payomeone $10 for a decent logo.. concept is ok.. but you may fail to build a good user base just to rant off..
