    The text in the left column is a little to small you should make it bigger, it's
    somewhat difficult to read the text in your logo, I think you should get a
    more professional logo.

    You should try a lighter background, bigger fonts, and a new logo.

    I really like the flip through Flash media. Very Nice.
    The logo is a little hard to read but cool affect. Maybe if you made it a little bigger would help. I like the darker.

    The menu text both the top and the bottom should be much larger. A short description of what your site is would also be helpful.

    im sory for the bad guy here but i think you need start over again..
    its look so old like 80 styles..
    Hard to read.. Old doted patterns.. Anoying flashing gif logo...

    i think you should make another design..

    It's very dark, try to add some color to it. Also change a few of the buttons they are hard to read.

    I've got a feeling you haven't been doing this long; right?

    My recommendations would be:

    1. look at the authority sites in your niche, and see what styles work well
    2. browse design idea sites (especially css-forums) for tips and ideas on your markup and layout
    3. make the logo stop lighting up, it's kind of distracting

    Fonts should be larger so visitors should see it clearly and brighten up the color blue please.
