    She had to be really really mad at him! I've been mad at my husband before, and had thoughts of hitting him, but hever did. She probably didn't think it would go this far. How sad. She killed him. SHe probably feels horrible about it too.

    I think manslaughter is more for accidental situations. Like if she was lighting a cigarette and turned around and accidentally set him on fire.

    She intended to harm him, so in the USA it would be something like 2nd or 3rd degree homocide.
