Ok your probably like what the hell is this guy talking about, but i hear horror story's about godaddy taking away peoples domains for no apparent reason.
So i was wondering if there are company's similar to Godaddy who you have heard refund people and taken their domains.

And which company do you buy (who have a good track record) and are very safe place to purchase domains from?

Godaddy will take away your domains if, for example, you use PayPal to purchase the domains and later the funds are taken out of your PayPal account and it sends it negative, or if the account you purchased the domains from was accessed illegally. If you're legit and you purchase domains from Godaddy, you will not have any issues.

namecheap.com is the No.1 Internet Marketing friendly registrar. Go with them. Although it will cost $2/3 extra per domain than godaddy.

I have used GoDaddy quite a bit in the past, I still use them. Therefore, that is who I recommend.

I have been using godaddy for about 5 years now and have never had an issue. I have paid with paypal as well, with $0 in my account. But I had it tied to my bank account and it pulled the funds from there.

I have never had any major issues with godaddy and they have good customer service. The only real gripe that I have with them is that their website is horrible.

I always use Namecheap and they are quite reliable and safe. I have never had a problem. They accept Paypal by allowing you to fund your account to purchase the domain. I have had minor problems at GoDaddy so I only use them when there is a super cheap offer and as soon as I can I transfer to Namecheap.
