    There's another mod that stops member's e-mails from being exposed ... It only allows the members to send e-mails through your site.

    If you don't have a lot of users signing up everyday, you can also enable Admin activation of accounts.

    Make sure the members have to verify a CAPTCHA image before making the first 5-10 posts, topics or PMs on the forum.

    Check for IP addresses of spammers. Block some IP ranges.
