I should also say that the users can't all be from one country outside North America. All from US or Canada is fine, but all from China or India. A mix is ok, but must be weighted towards North America.

actually, it's not cheating .. they *encourage* people to round up as many people as possible .... it's actually sort of silly if you ask me, but that's how it goes. I specifically said "without cheating"... I need live humans to go & vote.
