Lighttpd and WordPress

    I happened to stumble across a very nice VPS offer. The only catch is that it comes with Lighttpd.

    So I installed WordPress on it to run some tests and quickly realized that WordPress' permalinks and Lighttpd have trouble working together.

    I've seen several solutions to this problem, but none of them have quite worked.

    Can anyone here tell me a fail-proof solution for this? I'm really hating Lighttpd right now =(
