is Article writing an important part of SEO?

i have been hearing a lot about article writing.is it so important ? i have just one article at ezine articles - if you say its more important i would concentrate a bit more on it.thanks pals

 

I think so. coz there are lots of web & blog publisher who want to post some free contents into their site. So if they like your article & post your article [include with your website URL], now think what will be happen

 

If you mean Article Submission then it I would say it is good for link building upto some extent but dont entirely depend on Article Submission.
Article submissions can bring in some targeted traffic as well.

Well as all u read above there is nothing more to say, article submiossion is really helpfull for backlinks and traffic go on adding atleast 2 articles per week. but dont totally depend on article submission.

 

Offcourse article one of the important element of seo process, as other member mentioned you easily understand how its important but quality as well as important, if general people don't like your content or information it doesn't means how much you writing or submitting in directory, always try to maintain quality than it will give more result than your expection.

I would absolutely count it as part of your SEO strategies. The other trick is to heavily research your keywords
and create articles on keyword phrases. I use ezinearticles and I often get front page rankings in Google for
my articles that I write.

The only trick with article writing is the time it takes to pen a good solid article.

Article writing is very very important, more the better. Have 15 articles on ezine, and over 1500 visitors have viewed with approx 200 plus clicks, from studying it on month to month basis the click ratio is 10% but also depends on quality articles and your title of it. Great build back links, and drive traffic through it.

For quality links and traffic, its required.

 

Its important to remember a few key factors:

1 the higher the page rank for the directory the more authority you will get for a backlink. You can find free add on's for page rank tool bars everywhere. firefox has them just search page rank add ons or google it etc

2 ezine articles and go articles hold the most authority

3 never submit the same article to different directories, you're wasting your time. must be at least 30% unique so spin it a little if you're submitting to multiple. Also its much better if you have links coming from multiple sites as opposed to only ezine articles. You can do a google search for "top article directories"

4 I have heard but never tried...I am sure it would work. If you want your article on the first page of course keyword reasearch is important but you can submit the same article after approval at ezine articles to go articles etc with a link back to your ezine to help boost its rankings.

5 Keyword in the title is most important and 3-5% density in body is essential
