    I think its worth noting that this site is well established. if you check the last post was made in Apr 2007 and the site has not been touched since and is still getting traffic (mostly from google) and making $20 per month. This site is ripe for promotion:)

    All traffic is organic onthe site coming from a variety of keywords, mostly google but some yahoo also. Unfortunately stats with host are not comprehensive but have attached screenshot.

    Am setting bin at $120 or nearest offer in next 12 hours as site has to go, thankyou

    hmmmm seems to me that he set the BIN price about 8 hours after your "if then" post. If he thought you had bought ut why did he post the $120 BIN? I saw no BIN price set prior to your post. Im not gonna squabble about it. If the seller sees my BIN as the one then ill do the deal.
