Hi, my web site is tools for people to use, doesn't have much content. I'm planning to put up massive PLR articles to the site so that users may stay longer. I don't have the time to rewrite the articles, but afraid that I will get penalize by google for duplicate content. So if I put a "NO FOLLOW" on the page, will I still get penalize for that? Since I want to use adsense in between the articles, and analytics to track the visits. Also, in my analytics account, I configured so that other google products to have access to it, so will I get penalize for that or not?
Putting NOFOLLOW on your links will not deminish the chances of getting a duplicate content penalty. You need to spend some time and either write your own articles or thoroughly re-write them to make them unique.
thanks, that's sad. Because it wouldn't worth the time to rewrite that many articles. One more question, when I search one of the plr article in google, the first one that comes up is ezine, and there is a link under the article at ezine. So is that means this is not an plr article because when I check the article I have. Everything is the same except it doesn't have the link to the writer's site?
You will come across this more often then not. Ezine articles is just another way for people to increase traffic to there site. They will find an article and duplicate it and include and a link that directs traffic to the site of their choice.
so is this legal to publish the article on my site? I mean is the writer of the article going to sue me? Since I didn't know its his article, because there is no link under the article for the plr article I have.
That is a risk your going to have to take your self. If it provides a name then I would credit this author.
so that means the prl articles are basisly useless since I can't possible check each article one by one and decide which ones to publish or rewrite.
