    I'm looking to buy sites as it seems sites are cheap right now

    First I'm only looking for orginal designs or product.

    I STRONGLY prefer .coms, but will consider other extensions if content is strong.

    I don't care about traffic or revenue, but of course those are great.

    One written article on a semi changed wordpress template isnt going to do it.

    No proxies
    No general directories without revenue
    Highly likely no forums.
    No hosting companies.
    (no adult).
    No paid per click
    no site that gets all )future) revenue from (though it can have no revenue) from ads, especially PPC ads.

    So a decent .com that is just a little different. Different niche, custom design that sells same ebook, or the ebooks have been bundled differently.

    Prefer the $25 range, look at $50, but then we are looking at something. Surely go as high as $300 for something of real quality but I worry about even mentioning it as I likely know the mess I will get.

    Offer me something you would buy.

    Wow, i would have thought there were going to be more responses but looking at the sites on sale right now, there aren't many good sites for sale.

    will something that is brandable work or of a certain niche? i have a nice brandable domain that is currently not being used. cheap too!

    Someone who likes making money or who needs the money - good sites dont neccessary indicate revenue generating sites but websites with a good concept and design.
