    now a days the firewall of internet explorer has been temporirily closed by the windows. so thats hy many viruses from net can be threatful for your pc. have you experienced any such viruses due to this cause.

    I have Kaspersky Internet Security installed and I never use IE.

    Best filrewall is Zonealarm, try it.
    Use Firefox instead of IE.

    I am using firefox with firewall zonealarm and avast so more worries for me. And btw i avoid to visit p0rn sites :p

    If you know your way around the web, you can not get any viruses at all. First install Firefox and bump IE deep into your folders. Install Adblocker and don't go to dodgy websites or download any 'toolbars' etc. and you'll be fine.

    There is no particular firewall of IE. All windows have a default system firewall.

    You can try comodo or zoneAlaram firewall. Both are free.
