Good concept, maybe work on some site re-designs, make it more attractive to look at. I think in terms of revenue, you should 100% put adsense on the site because your site concept + traffic + adsense on your site could result in some good revenue from adsense. In terms of optimisation, I would write some articles providing tips and suggestions on selling a car, post them on your site then watch the linkbacks increasing inclementally. I would put the menu (on top) in the lower part of the banner, it should be the most important menu isn't it ? it looks lost up there, you should think about changing its color as well make it more obvious. your logo would look more professional if it was flatten, the "3d" position is a bit childish to my opinion. the content looks a bit messy, the content's white background has a small part located on the banner, I would lower it a bit. the Login page is very messy... button here, button there. I didn't see any "Home" link in your site, except the logo, there should be a "Home" link, do not necessarily name it "home"... something about the colors looks, say it nicely -not pretty- , would definitely change the green. 'Latest cars" button should be more on the upper part of the site. it looks like you have an ocean of content but a visitor can be drown very quickly in it. Hope these help. Good luck.
I like the concept but I think the design could be better, you should consider getting a professional template for the site.
Looks good, here are a few extra notes: - I agree with the post above, you logo needs some help. Its kind of blurry, maybe been resized one too many times or resized without smoothing turned on. A good site for logos is www.cooltext.com - I would run one banner in the top of the page. You have one in your header and one at the top of your body. If you can lose the one at the top of your body, it 'shifts' everything up. The advantage of this is it almost completely moves your "how to advertise - 4 easy steps" above the 'fold' in the page (the fold is what a visitor first sees on your page without having to scroll down at the popular resolution of 1024x768) - finally, replace the graphical links with buttons in for your "Place New Ad" and "Car Search". This will save you some vertical space to finish getting your 4 easy steps above the fold. The cooltext.com website may be able to help you again with the buttons. You can make them any size you want and also have mouse over effects. - Replace phrase "Car Search" with "Vehicle Search"
I would consider reducing the number of animated feature on the site. It's a bit too much, particularly the scrolling out of the text in the how to advertise section. Good Luck
