I need help with this code

    On my my php for my header is this

    <a href="http://www.thecompletesoccerguide.com/contactus.php"><img src="contactusb.php /> </a>
    For some reason the contact us button does not display. Also php on the left column( the link mental soccer guides) has mysteriously moved into the header. Do you know whats wrong.
