Does my computer have a virus?

    In my registry I see sections that look like {9A09851C-W129-4D19-AB92-B9CA22BPAB26}"


    is this suppose to be like this?

    Surely they're just keys in hexidecimal? I don't think it's anything to worry about, give it a scan with something like:

    Hexidecimal works like this

    1 - 1
    2 - 2
    3 - 3
    4 - 4
    5 - 5
    6 - 6
    7 - 7
    8 - 8
    9 - 9
    A - 10
    B - 11
    C - 12

    etc ...

    That's not a virus. The are stored in every register.
