Hey guys, I forgot to mention. Our phone systems will be down this whole week as we move to a bigger office. The best way to get in contact w/ support is to email support[at]revenueboost[dot]net and/or contact me at jpaca[at]revenueboost[dot]net We should be all moved in by the weekend!
I have been with RevBoost since April and have been paid a decent sum of money on time every month. This is one of the networks where all of the offers actually credit.
Revenueboost is pretty much a SCAM. Their payments are always late and they always cut your payment down a few hundred bucks.. Just because they like to keep the extra change. For example.. In July I made $1,300 in commission with them.. Got $900 on September 10th (And they promise a NET30 payment) Another example is.. In August I generated $300 with them.. They sent $198 on October 7th (Again, they promise a NET30 payment) I'm really avoiding this network and I DO NOT recommend this network to anyone. Just my opinion, feel free to join it if you still like.
We have always paid our affiliates, yes, some payments have gone out late, but ALL commissions are paid. We don't profit from advertiser reversal, it's part of the industry, when advertisers say lead quality is not where they want it, they some time reverse some leads. If any leads are reversed on your end, we are also not being paid, a lot of times we are more than willing to cover for those reversals when we know that publishers traffic is usually good. Sometimes one bad publisher can cause reversals for good traffic, that's why if there is ever any questions or concerns with your reversals I welcome publishers to come to me and ask for explanations. I've covered for reversals from out of pocket a lot of times to keep them from being reversed on the network, this is one of the main reasons for my decision to move to a bigger office, where we'll have space for a compliance team to stay on top of lead quality. You are free to avoid our network, but sometimes I work night and day to make sure things are in order and publishers are happy, and I really don't appreciate the accusation of being a scam network when all payments are sent out. Revenueboost launched in April of this year, and since than we have grown at an extreme rate, we've learned a lot, and are always working to get better at what we do. I always welcome feedback from publishers and fellow networks, and I've been made aware that the biggest problem with the network right now is with payment delays, even though these delays are of 2-8 days. I understand the need for ontime payments, a lot of our publishers depend on our payments so they could pay our their users. I can now officially say that payment delays are in the past, we now have a reserve account with balance matching credit line, which will eliminate any funding delays due to late payments from advertisers. Soon you will also see a on-time payment guarantee clause added to our terms, where publishers will be compensated for every day their payment is late. I want to thank everyone for sticking with our network, and we have very big plans for the future!
Hey, Happy New Year! We were out of the office from Dec. 24th til Jan 1st, but I was still answering any emails that came to me since it goes to my phone. I don't remember seeing or responding to any of your emails, did you send it to jpaca[at]revenueboost[dot]net? What's the problem? I'm here to help
I also sent emails the past few days without any response ..... I would like to know when payments that were due to be sent on 12/30th will be sent?
I sent three emails to them ,but they don't reply before they are good network ,but recently I overwhelmed with this network
These guys are a terrible, fraudulent network. Whether they pay you now is irrelevant. They won't communicate with you and eventually they'll disappear without a word, and with your money. Good luck with these scammers.
well, call me the fool I am. Anyone else notice....no site updates, no offers crediting, no answer by phone or email for how long now? You guys were right, pulling offers now. *sigh*
Anyone else notice all Revenue Boosts offers are showing discontinued offer? What a crock of I was to be paid this month also,I have already removed the offers and tried contacting someone without any answer.
Ummm, hello people. I have been saying this for MONTHS. Check out all my threads calling them out for being a scam. MaxtheRevenue was a scam network. The guys who ran MaxtheRevenue opened up RevenueBoost. RevenueBoost is now a scam network. Surprise, surprise.
Wow a reply. Did anyone else get this email? Because for starters I didn't get the email that was "sent" yesterday. For one reaching threshold isn't possible considering none of the offers are valid. For two has the threshold always been $100.00? One more thing, I did a google of Revenue Boost and came across this site also: https://www.revboost.com/index.php I cannot log into this url but can this one:http://revenueboost.net/ On Tue, Mar 3, 2009 at 4:19 PM, Osvaldo Paca Jr <jpaca@revenueboost.net> wrote: Hello, As stated in an email we sent out yesterday. All paypal payments which have met threshold ($100) will be sent on Friday. Let me know if you have any other questions. Best Regards,
This is great advice coming from someone who has NEVER been a RevenueBoost publisher, it's pure ignorance RevenueBoost is a legitimate registered company in CT. We launched in April of 2008 and since than have done nothing but take part in honest business. We have paid all of our affiliates their rightfully earned commissions since April. We're not in any plans of leaving this industry and business is looking very good. We sent a mass mail earlier this week...maybe for some reason not all of you have received it, or maybe it was just looked over or ignored. That's what we've been working so hard on, and the reason for a lack of new offers, which resulted in a lack of email updates. For the past 2 months we've been working on strengthening relationships with advertisers and have scored over 20 direct offers, not only that, but RevenueBoost is also moving to a completely new tracking system. We've taken these steps to ensure our publishers have a good experience with our network. We were planning to make this announcement later this week as our email update stated, but it's obvious that I had to reply to these comments. Also, threshold has always been $100, but that was one thing we had overlooked when there were no offers added in February, so due to the lack of new offers updates I can see why meeting this threshold could have been difficult for some publishers. In order to please our publishers and make sure we're being fair to every publisher, the threshold for January has been lowered to $50. Let me know if any of you have any more questions. Thanks!
