How to Optimize Your Adsense Income

One of the widely and the first choice of any blogger to earn money with his blog is no doubt the Google Adsense Program. I think you will agree with me in this. But Many people says after using Google Adsense that it is dead, it doesn’t pays much, I get so much traffic but no clicks on my ads etc. etc. and in this way they mostly get away from it or just play with it for more time without doing much.

    1.Display Ads near Content
Try to place ads near to the content like below the title or just after or between the posts since people first eye contact goes with your blog content. And always try to use the biggies i.e. try use rectangular or square or vertical formats.

Typhoon, just wanted to say thanks and appreciation for posting good tips. Any more tips would be greatly appreciated as well.

Just a note* a persons focal point, where they are actually looking at the page, is most significant, if the ads are out of their point of focus, then they will not consciously see them.

Doesn't Joel Comm suggest using the color blue for links? People are more likely to assume it is clickable. Red just doesn't scream "click me" like blue seems to do. Any thoughts?

i have a blog with a pretty poor CTR unfortunately. I am trying different methods to increase it and recently I have found a particularly fruitful position.

The next step I will take is to optimise for the colour of the links etc etc - take on step at a time, record what you are finding out. Only ever change one thing at a time too - that way you know whether what you are changing is working

I will post back here with the results of changing my link colour from black to blue :)
