You all seem so impressed with our fast approval service. I thought I would explain why it is so speedy! The reason for the fast approval service is simple. Nearly every other directory that we are aware of is so slow in approving websites. Some take days even weeks to get through the backlog. We have made it a rule to clear the backlog during the course of a working day. So if you submit a website to dmscs between 9 and 5 Monday to Saturday (BST/GMT London time) then you will find that it is reviewed within a couple of hours.

You spend so much time waiting in life you should not have to wait on the internet.

Our current policy is to review each website and give it an internal score. This score is based on the quality of the website. If the website is of a high quality, with great content and validates with the W3C then we will instantly promote that website to a featured link. This only happens when we have been bowled over by a quality website.

Owing to the way we work on the directory we do not inform people that their website is not included. To be honest with you, if you are not in our directory then you should leave the Internet by the door marked dont create another website ever.

Another aspect of our directory is the fact that we do go back and look at websites on a per category basis to see what changes have been made or improvements. So if you get in and you are not picked up for a featured link in the first place and your website improves then you may well find you are upgraded for free.

Finally we are looking to update the look and feel of our website, if you have any suggestions then contact us. In the mean time keep submitting your URL's we are just trying to help.
