Ad reviews slow at the moment ?

The past few times I've created ads, I've waited sometimes 3 to 4 days for them to be validated..

Is this the norm, or are folks fallin behind the ball ?

I dunno, these slacko volunteers.. ;)

    Cheers,

    JL

I've noticed the same. Although, disapprovals seem to be pretty speedy, heh

I think Shawn is pretty busy getting all the new servers in place and functioning properly. Once the new datacenter is complete I'm sure they will be back to their normal pace!

Disapprovals are faster as they are often done first. It's just a case of skimming down the list and rejecting any that don't meet the guidelines. With approvals the sites have to be visited which takes time.

    dct has the perfect response.

And yes, there is a huge pending list because some members build for example 85 article sites from one day to the other and then create 2 or 3 ads for each one, so in a few hours you have over 200 ads that need to be checked out

What info do reviewers see? Can they check out everything else about the account (login name, email, passwd, other ads) or do they just see Anchor Text/URL/Description?

I've always been paranoid about it :D

Ah, yeah of course (forgot about the swapout), sounds like you guys are dealing with more volume than you used to as well.

    Thx for the feedback.

    Cheers,
