Hands down without a doubt Name Cheap is the best one. They have the easiest system to manage your domains. You can push a domain to a new owner without a problem and I have had no problems at all with doing anything I needed to do.

There is no real best one, just depending on what you like & what extentions you are looking to reg.

Companies like Name.com, MyDomain, Moniker, Godaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot are all good.

Why would you want to pay a riduculously overpriced amount to reg domains?
