Please give me feedback for my free online game site, http://www.clicknplaygames.com. I have not yet uploaded all the pages so don't say there are errors when you click the links. The first two games are working. I just want to know what you think of the design though.
Hi Stephen, Overall I think you have a nice looking site. Here are some tips for improvement: Work on the category buttons a bit. Think about using a graphic instead of text. If you use text, mind the contrast as it is a bit hard to read white over bright green. Use rollover effects and active indicators. Also, you should not open links in a new window. You should think about using bigger thumbnails. 50x50 is a bit 1999. The nav links at the bottom are hard to read. Especially after clicking them and they become grey. The font is too small for the instructions/description on the game pages.
your template seems to be messed up in firefox. Lots of white spaces, try to make it ff compatible and the navbar does needs some work to be done.
The design isn't bad however, it's difficult to read the text in the quick links at the bottom of the page you should change the color to white.
I would do two things. Redesign your logo, the text in the site title is fuzzy. I would also make the background in the google ad unit the same color as the green in the menu tabs. Good luck with it.
I would change the font to something sans serif like verdana or arial. The current font doesn't look clean. Also, make sure you put some padding around the text in the "About" section. good luck!
Your site is pretty interesting. I played a few of the games and they are somewhat entertaining. All of the links at the top of your page are giving 404 errors. You might want to look into that.
Dear stephen your site is very nice but i want to tell you something plz change the site logo its not bad but thing is the logo is looking very blurry and shaky and another thing is plz change the color of the "Quick Links (Bottom Part) into any light color just like lemon yellow,light yellow,while,florescent green etc.... the deep blue color is not clearly visible to eyes except these few things everything is perfect. Thank You.
Yeah, all the main header links give a 404 error - at least we know your hosted with HostGater lol. I like the layout, and dark colour. However, your links, text/font, header/footer links, and favicon are not so great. Also, you're url 'clicknplaygames' sounds like an affiliate game site, you know, the ones with the spam and stuff... I'd suggest in getting a better domain name, one that isn't so long, has a better right to it, and doesn't look like an affiliate click-for-something site.
I have looked your website and I think you should alert about the speed of your site loading..I take about 30 seconds waiting for your site to complete.. for interface design,you should redesign and make it much better and the logo itself should be redesign.. just take a look at this site and see what are the differences?....http://www.addictinggames.com/index.html that's my comment..
Your site looks good and the adv is well positionated but I guess that you must optimize a bit more the graphics for a faster download
I think you should work on the graphics(logo,thumbnails, favicon...). Also I think a title and description tags for your pages should be added.And why do all your links open in a separate window. Do you want this to happen when someone clicks on a link? Good luck !
Not Bad. But, may i give comment? yo may change the AdSense content into the same color with the background, so that it is not so visible as the ads. Overall, good job!
