It is a completely custom template running a SMF forum with a hot domain name. There is no traffic and no members, site sold as-is. 1 link has been sold and must stay for up to one year. I will give you the buyers information upon the sale.

I really don't understand how you want $250 for this. No offents but there are better themes than this current one sold for $30 and under. The name is alright but this website isn't even worth over $75 IMHO. Good luck seling but I doubt you'l get in the $XXX. But I will be flattered if you prov eme wrong .

 

To each his own. The template alone was a $200 custom job. You can buy templates cheaper but run the risk that someone else will have the same one. Honestly that is fine, if it doesn't sell I will be ok. I personally like the forum, wish I had the time to drive traffic but I do not.

 

OK, I will take offers at $200. I just do not have time to work on this forum.

You have over priced this site really bad. It has no traffic and no revenue, and we don't even know whether or not that custom theme costed $200 to be made. It looks like crap anyways, in my opinion. You'd be lucky to get $30 for that forum.

 

Wow the theme looks like crap, I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I would really love to curse you out right now, but that's not a nice way of doing business now is it. Next time you want to post on a thread, either post buy or don't post at all. Your useless post is the reason why many people get banned.

If you feel that it's not possible to pay $200 for a theme then please post in the contest or development wanted section, see how much they will charge.

 

Sorry, but I believe in fairness and equality in sales. This sale you are trying to do seems like you are stuffing in dollars to try and get more money out of someone who doesn't know whats going on.

 

So great if you think a custom coded template can be done for $30 or less please let me know, I will buy 5 of them today. If you have never had such a template quoted then don't take a guess. Get your facts straight before making a stupid comment. I own nearly 1,000 domain names, do you really think I need to sell this one for $75 that bad I would lie? Don't answer, it's rhetorical, the answer is no.

The template was purchased from a member here, I will send that person a pm now asking them to post the purchase price.

The template is a completley custom, and did cost 200$ i created it (designwebz.com), there is no other forum like it, also when there is posts the forum icons go colored, no posts - black and white, nice logo rollover on the nav bar.

and as for someone who said 30$, wake up and smell the coffe,
