Looking to sell/trade an Acai Berry site ~150 organic uv/day, 2600 profit Dec.

The site was launched on Nov 24th and has made 2600 through free trial acai berry offers, and about $400 in adsense.

I don't like the idea of "tricking" people to sign up for a recurring billing. I want to trade this site for a more legitimate business, or possibly sell it if the price is right.

I'd be willing to trade it for a site making more than 2k/mo. Niche doesn't really matter, but I take preference to diet or tech related niches.

I'd rather trade than sell since this is one of only a couple profitable sites I have and I rely on them to make income, but I'm willing to entertain offers to buy.

Please don't PM me asking for proof of stats or anything without a serious offer.

Note: I also have www.acai-berry-cleanse.us for sale/trade which is getting about 15-20 uniques per day without advertising it, ~$150/mo
I also have www.acaiberrdetox.org with 5-10 uv/day, no sales since i put it up a week ago
I also have www.acai-berry-cleanse.me which is an auto-blog getting practically no traffic but did make 1 sale in about 40 visits, along with about $5 adsense revenue.

These last sites I'll trade for similar sites in a different niche, or sell a half-decent offer.

where is traffic coming from? paid for? organic?

 

The site is 100% organic traffic. 80% of traffic is from ranking #3 on yahoo for "acai berry diet". There were 3 big spikes for this term in which I got 1400+ visitors in a day. I don't know if it was mentioned in the news or if some super-affiliate sent out a newsletter mentioning the Acai Berry Diet or what, but I made $400+ on each of those 3 days. So $1200 came from 3 big spikes and $1400 came from regular days. (adsense in the same proportion of course)

I do not have a buy-it-now in mind.

 

what affiliate are you using? if I where to purchase is it hard to get accepted with that affiliate?

 

I want to make a serious offer, but I can't if I don't have proof of adsense and traffic, do you have a starting bid in mind?

 

How much time is spent in updating and what do you need to update?

Also its wordpress right? Custom theme or?

 

ads4dough and copeac both have most of the offers i'm promoting. you can use any acai berry affiliate though and just change the keywords around.

assume you have proof of income and make your offer. if i hear an offer that is worth me taking screenshots for, i'll do it. too many times i see people making "serious bids" of 1/2 month earnings.

it is wordpress theme, i use different free magzine themes for each site, branford, options, structure, visionary. i outsourced about 50 articles and just post 1 every few days. i've got about 10 left that i haven't posted, you can have those too.

I also paid for some article/directory submissions that are still going on.

 

will the links to the site from articles and any other type of backlinks created remain after the sale? you say its made $400 in total? so how much does it make each month on average and with affiliates as well? can you break down earnings by month? what is your reasonable starting bid? if you are willing to provide screenshots of adsense and traffic I can bid otherwise thank you for your time!
