[WTS] Site getting 92% SE traffic, 4k+ Visits/Mo

I bought this site 3 months ago and forgot about it.


Facts about the site:

- 91.6% of the traffic comes from Search Engines, mainly Google
- Most of the traffic comes from the US, UK, Canada
- Domain was regged with Godaddy on Feb 27, 2008 and expires on Feb 27, 2009
- Site has earned $160 in three months ($140 CPALead, $20 Longtailvideo)
- Tried to monetize with Adsense in the beginning, but got only $0.20/day so I removed it

The reason I'm selling this:

- I was never really into video sites
- I am planning to launch a local news site, so I'll need the money for marketing
- I don't have any other anime sites, so I can't cross link them to get better positions in SE

The site would be perfect for someone who has experience in this niche and has some other anime sites for backlinking purposes. But it is also a good chance for others who want to start out in this niche.
Currently it ranks #4 on google for some keywords. Imagine the traffic it would get if it moved to #2 or #1. You could also add a forum for interaction purposes.

regarding the keywords I can't really post that here, but [hint] it includes phrases/variations of the domain.

There is no maintenance at all. You can also see from the last post which was done on August. The only mods i did since buying the site, was adding my advertising codes.
The videos are just embedded, so no load for the host

 

The domain was created on february, and the videos i think were added on June.

The trafic has been at this level for the last 3 months. However, a couple of weeks ago, I created a lens at squidoo with a link back, and it seems that's constantly increasing the traffic.
Yesterday it received 243 visits, with 185 coming from SE. It also made $3.2 in CPAlead.
