My channel data shows that traffic from Google has the highest ctr. Here is the stats:

    Search Engine Traffic Percentage
    Google 37%
    Yahoo 41%
    MSN 14%
    Other 8%

The ctr from google traffic is almost double the ctr from the rest. My site actually ranked higher on yahoo than google. Does everyone see the same thing or it's just me?

How can you see, which SE gets you most clicks, via your AdSense account?! Is this displayed somewhere? °_°

I use some JavaScript so the traffic from different source will have its channel ID.

I use a cheap free web stat. Also, my host keeps logs of all referral search engines. Yours probably does too. Look into it if you haven't.

Well, getting to know the search words from the SEs is np - but to see what people, searching for which keyword(s) are clicking your AdSenSe ads, is something different ;)
