Whats the cap on CPU consumption?

Can I run a big tube site on the minimum plan without ban?

 

The cpu is equally shared among all customers and cpu would not really be your concern on your big tube site. It is not possible to run something like that on 64 mb ram. I think you might want to look into 512 mb or higher. Thank you.
