hello everyone, i wasnt sure where to place this question so if its in the wrong spot i do apologise and mods please close the thread, recently i sold a domain / website to someone and they paid via paypal, now the "real" owner that that paypal account has said it was stolen etc and has started a charge back, im not to fussed in the sense that paypal will give me the money under my protection scheme but is there any way to reclaim a domain name or website if it was purchased fraudulently ? or has the scammer won in this instance ? has anyone dealt with this before?
