I think you need an area which describes what what your site services are on your home page. I can be simple. "online file hosting...", for instance.
Not bad but the color scheme is too basic for my tastes. Try getting some more contrast between the shades of blue. The site design, ad placement, layout are all great!
as river and $imo said, you need a brief description - zomg upload could be anything to those not familiar with these websites - imagine that your site is being shown on a traffic exchange website and someone sees it who has never heard of one of these sites - what are you trying to say to him? he needs to know "what it is" and "what the benefits are to him" (free file upload service) good luck, the site looks brilliant - hope its drawing you an income ;-)
