I had the site offline for a while so obviously there isnt much traffic. When i had it up and running smooth it was making about $45 a month in Adsense. The back links are still strong. Search google to see the site links. This is an IPB site that includes many mods, however the license is not included.

This is for the domain name and the forum database together. (entire site)

Im selling this because i have school and no time to develop this site anymore. If done correctly this site could generate a good cash flow.

ok please read above. the site was offline for a few months as i had it parked.

so no revenue is available.

that means there has been no activity for 3 months on the forum catagories.

this is a great site for someone willing to regenerate activity which is not hard due to the good traffic that come from google links.

OK let me rewrite one of the above questions.

What was the revenue of the site 'before' the time you had it offline/parked?

 

the max revenue i received from adsense was $45... that gradually increased over the months that i reworked the data and increased the member count by advertising on other forums. I tried other sources of income but adsense was the best. I used some of the revenue to run contests to see how many new members people could get to join.

the site also had a $7 optional subscription to the VIP'Donator forum. however i believe ive only received 3 purchases through that.

recently over the last 3 months there has been no traffic, no revenue. i just recently put the domain on sedo for a few days and its made a few dollars..... however ive decided the forum is worth way more than the domain name alone.

Are you sure this is not just an old db you've inserted into your forum ?

The posts are very old and non-gfx related ?
