The site is nicely designed however, I think it would look better if you add more graphics to the landing page as well as some testimonials from some satisfied customers. I think you should remove your email address from the landing page as well, if you leave your email address there you will receive quite a bit of spam when your site starts getting more traffic.
Try to make the following block unique color to attract visitors' attention , they are about us, huge sale, our packages block .

Thanks to everyone for the reviews. I'm definitely going to remove the emails, as I just got a nice Flash/XML contact script . Also, I'm going to reverse the colors on the home page "blocks", so it catches the eye. And change the email at the very bottom of course. Anyone else have reviews? Everything is greatly appreciated.

Hmm. The colours you have picked aren't bad, yet it leaves me wanting something else. The black and gold gives me the idea that your more of a clan hosting/gaming site. Testimonials should go on another page. Maybe have a smaller testimonial somewhere on the index page, and have a "view more" link under it.
Yea, I adapted it from a business template, so it's not really suited to hosting. The reason I chose it though was that I needed it up quick, and I don't know a thing past HTML & Javascript.
