A note of advice: if you want serious writers to take the time out to contact you, send you samples and explain why they should be the ones that you hire, you should offer the same. Why is there nothing about what your rate of payment is? Speaking for myself I wouldn't apply for a job where an employer asks the highest quality from me yet they won't tell me what the minimal rate of pay is.
