The overall layout and design is good, the theme and the color scheme looks nice however, below "Simply Reliable & Affordable" the grey text is a little too small I think you should make it slightly bigger and I think you should change the color if you use a brighter color the text would be more legible.
I'm in agreement with kingofsanda, especially about the small text. You might also want to know that if you click on support or affiliates etc, and you click on "home" at the bottom of your client panel pages, you get a 404/Not found page.

Just checked it again. Seems to be working now. Maybe it was my browser. I was having random problems on different websites.
Site layout seems OK, I want you to work on footer i mean try to do something like you have in header, other wise its 10/10. Keep it up
you did a good job make fonts size big in footer and also try to change font color . if you make more impressive site more users will like your site and it will increase your business revenue.
I would make all the pages on the site so they have the same basic design. The homepage is completely different than the sub-pages.
I think the design is good, but you need to remove some of the images and put text in its place for SEO reasons. The top nav is all images. If you can't replace the images with CSS text, atleast rename the images and put ALT tags on them so Google or any other bot will have a better understanding.
