When I read up to "It's made up of thousands of islands, like Japan." I thought you meant Japan is one of thousands of islands making up Philipines. lol. (Is that what you mean?)

Lovely country, whose potential is yet to be discovered due to rampant corruption. Lovely and extremely friendly people, whom despite the poverty are still friendly and hospitable. Great workers who serves with a friendly smile. These are personal experiences and write ups. I think this country with its high educational level will fly if given the right governance and conditions.

If use the right words to call the people from this country, the men are called "Philippines" and the women are called "Filipinos"? Is this right? or the other way around? Anyway, there is a Philippine girl in my class, she came and talked to me, I guess it's because I'm from Asia like her. She is a good looking girl, she has darker skin, and a nice butt . There was this one time, she brought food to our class, it's rice mixed up with meats and vegetables. It isn't look so great, not dry enough and she didn't put color in it. I didn't want other kids to think that is what I eat everyday. I took half of the plate and it tastes good unlike how it looks. She is in college now, I hope she's doing well.
The Philippines has a lot of pluses and minuses. They are generally hospitable, and a lot of them have massive potential in different fields. Unfortunately they're a bit underdeveloped in terms of education, technology, and politics. Also they have cultural identity problem; they have mixed cultures from different countries. It's as if they only celebrate their own culture on special occasions One thing's for sure: Philippines gave us Vanessa Hudgens.

I met my wife on yahoo. She is Filipina. We chatted for 2 years. I came to the Philippines to meet her and her family. We were married less than a month later. She is by far the best women for me as a companion and friend. She is loving and the most loyal person I have ever met. I have lived here for about a year now. The people are very friendly. Though they all call me Joe. Other than that I love the country and the people.
