Need Help with template problem. PAY!

Ok i am in the process of editing this game website.
I got the layout working ok for the index page.

but on subpages i can not get the content to where its supposed to be
on all pages other than index.

I simply can not find the part to edit that would control that. I tried tons of things but cant move it.

If you would be willing to take a look at the files and move the content boxes to the right place, as well as tell me how you did it I will throw ya $10 bucks via paypal.
