    I really hate the fact I have to sell this site, it was once my baby but now I just don't have the time to update it any more :(

    For sale today i have t*e*c*h*a*c*h*i*n*o*.*c*o*m
    The domain is PR2, was once PR4 but i lost a high PR backlink. The domain is almost one year old and has just been renewed for another year.

    The site averages around 2K+ uniques per month.
    Sorry, i only have proof of stats for last 3 months as i had to move hosting providers. But you can view some stats at the domain /advertise/

    Made a few sales on my hosting company too when i had a banner up there.

    /news/ is mostly manually copied and pasted from major news sources. Some will have been edited to include my oppinion.

    /tutorials/ 90% unique, posted a few PLR articles just to update it really

    /freebies/ 100% unique created by me :) Will design another for anyone who BIN's it

    It gets a lot of google traffic for a vast array of keywords, so content should be no problem.
