Hi Ash, I'm not an expert on RSS feeds, but I'll share what I know. RSS is typically defined as an acronym for 'Really Simple Syndication'. An RSS feed is a syndicated feed from another website, typically based on a specific topic, e.g. news, sports, gaming, etc. These feeds are typically dynamic, meaning that they change as the information on the originating website changes. By adding an RSS feed or feeds to your content, you can serve fresh, on-topic content which changes automatically - again, as the content on the originating site changes. You can add feeds to your site via a service such as Feedburner (simple), or by implementing a script which parses the feed so that it displays properly on your site (more complex). Displaying RSS feeds on your website can potentially help you in the SERPs by providing additional relevant, dynamic content, which typically changes on a daily basis. It's important to note that RSS feeds should not be your sole or main source of content, however - it's important that your primary content be unique to your site. HTH, Sam
