I am looking for someone to do a quick image for me. (within the next twenty-four hours) I am not looking to spend much, $5.00 max. It is extremely easy, so I think you will agree with my desired price. I will give you an image, and I need you to do a small edit on it (will explain in PM) and then place another image (just a word) on top of it. Basically, like a stamp. Just an example... if you have watched a prison movie, and one of the convicts is at a parole hearing... they will sometimes stamp 'rejected' on the paper. That is the look I am going for, but it doesn't have to be that exact way. You can be creative with it. Please let me know if anyone is interested by PM.
