you don't get banned from cl, you get ghosted. I have the same thing happen to me. start a new email address and change up your ads every time. It has nothing to do with where you post, when you post...etc. If you post affiliate links, sales ads..etc..you're going to get ghosted.
Craigslist does ban. If you get banned your IP is blocked and you cannot login in the first place. So, being that you can login or access the Craigslist website tells you you are not banned - now ghosting is a whole nother issue.
With Craigslist don't be surprised if your IP has been banned permanently, they do have a very rigorous enforced policy
