Well, this is not really the kind of question you should be asking. The answer would need to be a mile long. You have a lot of things you can do. Read this forum and you will get a lot of tips on what can be done. DIrectory submissions, link building, SEO are all answers. The sites do look like they have some content. I would start by doing link campaigns and looking for good link exchanges in the same niche.
I am not a manga fan but I liked your naruto site As far as SEO, link building and traffic is concerned, you have to go a long way. You can check my link building tips which may help you in getting some traction.

Hey Desception, there is some Dofollow blogs here in DP, they are more valuable than directories. i don't know if people here agree with me but i think submission in directories are "waste of time".
